  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Trust The Process. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their refund policy.

 

2. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us by email within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.

  • It is your responsibility to return the product in its original condition, securely packaged, and with the appropriate tracking information.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items and Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or any freebies provided with the purchase are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or style, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Final sale items, marked as non-refundable or non-returnable, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
